Week 7 Feb 7th 11:17pm

Week 7: Worse than last week. But, I got to swim today. Did 45 min continuous. This is the first time I have been in the water in 3 years, and the first time since I hurt my shoulder and could not lift it above my head. But, I think my range of motion is good. Totals: Run 0 (1000), Bike 240 (950), Swim 45 (45). I think… I have to train before work if I am going to get up to 10+ hrs a week. That means a 5:30am start
